Orange Veggie Puree

Ingredients

  • 1 med sweet potato or yam, peeled and chopped
  • 3 med to lg carrots, peeled and sliced into thick chunks
  • 2-3 Tbsp water

Preparation

Step 1

In medium pot cover carrots and potatoes in water and bring to biol. Simmer for 20 minutes until tender. Drain , then puree on high in food processor until smooth, adding water if needed.
