Crispy Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 4 medium baking potatoes
  • 1 T canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut each potato into 12 wedges; place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer in a 15x10x1 baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 425 for 20 min. Turn; bake 25-30 min. onger or until crisp.
