Ingredients
- 2 T. butter
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/4 c. celery
- 2 T. flour
- 3 c. 2% milk
- 2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1.5 c. frozen corn
- 1 can creamed corn (15 oz.)
- A few shakes cr. red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. gr red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter, add onion and celery. Cook until tender, add flour, cook 1 minute. Stir in milk and remaining bring to boil. Cook until thick.
