Strawberry Soup

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. white sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Puree strawberries, milk, cream, lemon juice and sour cream in a blender or food processor until smooth. Stir in sugar. Chill 8 hours or overnight.
