Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 6 small boneless skinless chicken breas halves
  • 1/2 cup Catalina Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Apricot jam
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350

Heat oil in large-skillet on medium-high heat. Add
chicken; cook 4 minutes on each side or until
browned on both sides. Transfer chicken to 3-qt.
casserole.

Mix dressing, jam and soup mix; pour over chicken.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is done.


SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve with hot cooked rice and a mixed green tossed salad.
