Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups red wine vinegar
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds (optional)
- 1 bay leaf
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 red onions sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Mix everything except onions together in a pot and boil.
Add onions and simmer for 1 minute. Cool.
