Turkey Tetrazzine

A good way to use left over turkey after Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. spaghetti noodles - cooked
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. cooked turkey
  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spaghetti noodles. In the meantine, melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour. Mix in chicken broth and milk. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Stir in about 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and remove from heat. Mix with turkey and spaghetti. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
