Pork Ribs and Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless country style pork ribs
  • 1 t Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 t dried rosemary
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1 med onion chopped
  • 1 can white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can no salt added tomatoes undrained
  • 1/4 c dry red wine or water

Preparation

Step 1

Trim the fat from meat. Sprinkle with seasoning, rosemary, and pepper. Place in a slow cooker. Place onion, beans, and tomatoes on top of meat. Pour wine over all.

Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hrs or hight for 4-5 hrs.
