Cheese Sausage Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. green pepper
  • 3 c. carrots
  • 3 c. celery
  • 3 c. onion
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3 qt. chicken broth
  • 4 c. hot milk
  • 10 c. cheese
  • 3 lb. sausage
  • 1 t. paprika
  • 1 t. celery salt
  • 1 t. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Saute all vegetables in butter. Mix spices, flour, sausage, stock and hot milk in large saucepan. Add vegetables to stock. Cook on low 6 hours.
