Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. green pepper
- 3 c. carrots
- 3 c. celery
- 3 c. onion
- 1 c. flour
- 3 qt. chicken broth
- 4 c. hot milk
- 10 c. cheese
- 3 lb. sausage
- 1 t. paprika
- 1 t. celery salt
- 1 t. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Saute all vegetables in butter. Mix spices, flour, sausage, stock and hot milk in large saucepan. Add vegetables to stock. Cook on low 6 hours.
