Ingredients

  • 3 Medium carrots
  • 1.5 Tbsp margarine
  • 1.5 Tbsp brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cook carrots covered in small amounts of boiling water about 6-10 minutes or until tender. Drain.
In a skillet melt fat and add brown sugar. Stir until melted. Add the cooked carrots and cook slowly, stirring until the carrots are well glazed. Season.
