Tomato-Ricotta Rotelli

Ingredients

  • 28 oz. of canned whole tomatoes with basil.
  • 2 tbsp evo
  • 4 garlic cloves thinly sliced and sauteed
  • 1/2 cub italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 fresh basil sprigs chopped
  • 1 lb rotelli
  • oregano
  • 1 cup part skim ricotta

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put tomatoes, and cooked garlic into food processor.
2. Add that mixture to saucepan with bread crumbs, oregano, basil, and red pepper.
3. Heat up and serve mixture over pasta. Put a glop of ricotta on top.
