Salmon with Creamy Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Capers
  • 1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 lb salmon filet

Preparation

Step 1

Cook garlic in olive oil for one minute. Stir in lemon juice, capers, seasoning and sour cream. Cook for 5 minutes

Bring Salmon to room temperature

Bake at 350 for 18 minutesCook Salmon

Serve with wild rice
