Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients, mixing well.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly season the salmon steaks with salt, then grill direct heat for 3 minutes on each side. Move the salmon steaks off of the direct heat and brush both sides with the honey glaze.
