APPLE CAKE

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/4 cups oil
• 1 cup nuts, chopped
• 3 cups fresh apple, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt. Mix well.

Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla,and oil. Mix well.

Add egg mixture to flour mixture, mix well.

Stir in nuts and apples.

Pour cake batter into prepared tube pan.

Bake at 350° F. for 60-75 minutes, until done.
