Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- chopped onion
- 1 pt. sour cream
- salt/pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together, saving some shredded cheese for top of casserole.
Bake in greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
