Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the sweet potatoes in half length-wise; cut each half into 6 wedges.
2. Combine the oil, salt, cinnamon and ginger in a large bowl and mix well. Add sweet potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
3. Place the wedges in a single layer on the 4-inch rack.
4. Bake on power level high for 15-17 minutes. Add a few minutes if you like fries extra crispy.
