Cranberry Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. fresh or defrosted cranberries
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together flour, sugar, powder, soda and salt.

Beat in juice and egg until well blended.

Stir in cranberries and nuts.

Spray the bottom of 9x5 inch non stick loaf pan.

Spoon in batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
