Ingredients
- 1/4 C. orange juice
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 C. brown sugar
- 2 Tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
- 4-5 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch
- 1 c. dried cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except potatoes into slow cooker. Cover and cook on high while preparing potatoes. Stir potatoes into warm mixture. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours. Once potatoes are soft, stir to mashed consistancy.
Tip:
Replace potatoes with canned potatoes drained. Reduce cooking temp. to low.
