Ingredients
- Fish fillet of choice
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh garlic
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or Braggs Liquid Aminos
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Bring poaching ingredients to a boil. Add fish, cover, lower heat to a simmer, and cook 5 minutes or until fish is 130 degrees.
