Ingredients
- 4 4oz salmon fillets
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- Cooking spray
- 3 T soy sauce
- 3 T orange juice
- 1/2 t dark sesame oil
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Coat a large nonstick skillet with spray. Place over hgh heat until hot. Add fish, and cook uncovered 3 minutes on each side. Cover and cook 3 additional minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from skillet; set aside, and keep warm. Add soy sauce and juice to skillet. Cook over high heat 1 minute, to deglaze. Add oil, stir well. Pour over fish
