Ingredients
- 2 tilapia fillets
- 1 T butter melted
- 1 t steak seasoning
- 1/2 t dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 t dried thyme
- 1/4 t paprika
- 1/8 t onion powder
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- Dash garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Place fillets on greased dish. Drizzle with butter. In small bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over fillets. Cover and bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5-8 minutes or until fish is done. 2 servings, 193 calories
