Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • Cubed french bread or tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In skillet combine garlic and butter over medium heat for 3 min, stirring occasionally. Set aside. In large bowl, stir together cheese, milk , mayo, sour crea and peper. Stir in spinach, artichokes and the garlic butter. Spread in botom of 10 in pie plate. Bake for 30-35 min or until top begins to brown. Serve with chips or bread.
