Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Cut tips off chicken wings and divide in to pieces. Place on foil-lined cookie sheet, meat side down (not layered). Mix next 6 ingredients together well, and pour over wings. Bake, uncovered, @ 325 degrees F for 1 1/2 hrs. Turn after 45 minutes. Serve with rice.
