Lemon Tuna Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 can tuna
• 3 egg whites
• 2 TB PPP
• 1/4 t chili powder
• 1 T lemon Juice
• 1/8 t salt
• 1 t coconut oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except oil and let set 2-3 minutes so PPP absorbs. Heat oil in pan and divide mixture into 2 cakes. Cook 4-5 min per side.
