Ingredients
- 1/4 c bourbon
- 1/4 c orange juice
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c chopped green onions
- 3 T chopped fresh chives
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skinned
- Cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. Add salmon. Marinate for at least 1 ½ hours, turning occasionally. Prepare grill or broiler Remove salmon from bag and discard marinade. Cook 6 minutes on each side or until done.
