Strawberry Sponge Cake

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbl butter
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat 4 eggs and 2 cups sugar until light lemon color.
2. Sift together 2 cups flour and 2 tsp baking powder.
3. Heat butter until melted.
4. Start with flour mixture and alternate adding milk to the pan. End with flour mix and add vanilla.
5. Pour into 13"x9" pan.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
7. Add fresh strawberries and serve
