Ingredients
- 2 sticks of butter
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup chppped pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 large cool whip
- 7/8 powdered sugar
- 3 cups blueberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. corn startch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix & pat butter, flour and pecans in a 9x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Beat and spread over cooled crust the cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar.
Cook until thick the blueberries, sugar, cornstartch, water and lemon juice.
Spread on top.
Kathy usully makes half again as much for the topping.
