Grilled Green Beans (Broccoli, Asparagus))

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. green beans
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t kosher salt ( optional)
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, except the Parmesan cheese, in a ziplock bag. Let flavors marinate for about 10 minutes.

Put on a grill over medium heat, turning frequently, until crisp and tender (about 10 minutes). Use vegetable tray on grill.

Remove beans from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
