Ingredients
- Icing:
- 2 cups of flour
- 11/2 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup nuts (walnuts)
- 1 8oz, brick of cream cheese (softened)
- 11/4 Cup of confectioners sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together. Grease the bottom of 13x9 pan. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes
Icing:
Mix them up and layer it on the cake when it is lukewarm.
