Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 11/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts (walnuts)
  • 1 8oz, brick of cream cheese (softened)
  • 11/4 Cup of confectioners sugar

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together. Grease the bottom of 13x9 pan. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes


Icing:
Mix them up and layer it on the cake when it is lukewarm.
