Ingredients
- 1/2 about 1/2 of a red bell pepper
- 1/2 about 1/2 of a green bell pepper
- 1 small yellow onion
- 2 green onions, white and all of the green
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded
- 1 medium mango
- 2 ripe peaches
- 1-2 about 1-2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 about 2 tbsp white corn syrup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 about 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- (can use orange, mango, pineapple, peach juice or a mixture of all the juices)
Preparation
Step 1
Dice fruits and vegetables very small. Mix the sauce, set aside. Place all of the fruits and vegetables in a glass bowl, add the sauce and mix lightly. Refrigerate until ready to use.
