Ingredients
- 15 oz. garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1/3 c. chopped red onion
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1/2 c. sliced olives
- 3 T. vegetable oil
- 3 T. red wine vinegar
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine beans, cucumber, onion, parsley and olives. In jar, combine rest and mix.
