Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat (back fin preferred)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Cups soft bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs vineger
  • milk
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 4 tbs melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. blend all seasonings and add crab mixture
2. divide into 8 patties
3. beat 1 egg and thin with milk
4. roll patties in cracker meal
5. dip patties in egg mixture then back in cracker meal
6. chill for 1 hour
7. cook each pattie in oven @ 350 degrees untill brown or pan fry over med heat
