Raspberry/Pear Garden Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 2 Tablespoons juice from fresh red raspberries
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons and 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 thinly sliced medium pears - toss in 2 Tablespoons leamon juice to keep from browning
  • 8 cups torn lettuce greens
  • 2/3 cups pecans halves
  • 1/2 cup whole raspberries

Preparation

Step 1

Toast pecans 350 for 5 minutes.
