Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 8 Tb sesame seeds
- 1 bag cole slaw
- 2 pkgs ramen noodle broken up (throw out seasoning)
- 7 Tb rice vinegar
- 4 Tb sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup oil
Preparation
Step 1
Toast almonds and sesame seed until light brown over medium heat. (No oil is necessary)
Combine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Whisk in oil.
Combine cole slaw and ramen noodles.
Add dressing and mix well.
Toss in almonds and sesame seeds before serving.
