Ingredients
- 6 center-cut pork chops (thickness up to you)
- ground black pepper
- granulated garlic
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (light works best)
Preparation
Step 1
Lina a broiler pan bottom with foil twice. Place chops in pan and season heavily with pepper and garlic...HEAVY! Then top with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Place under broiler, 2nd from top. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, until sugar is bubbly and turning dark. Turn chops and repeat with spices and cook for another 15 minutes until done. Make sure they don't burn, but remember that the sugar will bubble and get dark.
