Chicken & Artichokes with Wine Sauce

Ingredients

• chicken breast
• 2 Tbls butter
• mushrooms
• onions
• 1/3 cup white wine
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• salt and pepper
• 2 Tbls grated parmesan cheese
• 2 Tbls parsley
• 1/2 tsp dried sage
• 1/4 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

butter, mushrooms, onions, flour. add everything but chicken, parsley and cheese. pour over chicken and artichokes. top with cheese and parsley

bake at 350 for an hr
