Ingredients
- 4 skinless cod fillets
- 2 small zucchini, sliced
- 3 yellow potatoes, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
Preparation
Step 1
1.Season fish and veggies. Mix butter, soy sauce, lemon juice and zest. Layer potatoes on 4 pieces foil. Top with zucchini, fish and soy butter. Seal packets; bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
