Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 lb brussel sprouts
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup whipping cream

Step 1
cook bacon.
2 Tbls of bacon drippings, add brussel sprouts (cut in 1/2) for 4 min. add chicken broth, salt & pepper, boil then reduce heat 5 min covered, 2-4 mins uncovered. add cream, 4 min more.
