Watermelon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peeled and seeded watermelon
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • Kosher or Sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingrediants in blender except olive oil, blend until smooth.
Slowly pour in olive oil, blending until emulsified. Check seasonings and adjust if necessary.
