Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lime
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp cayene
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
-Rinse and drain chickpeas.
-Chop cilantro, dice onion and mince garlic.
-Prepare dressing using lime, cumin, salt, cayenne and oil.
-Mix everything together in large bowl.
-Refrigerate to help flavors meld.
