Ingredients
- 2 med tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 small zucchini, sliced
- 2 small yellow summer squash, sliced
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parm or romano cheese
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup shredded mozz cheese
Preparation
Step 1
preheat to 350. combine the tomatoes, zucchini, squash, seasonings and cheddar cheese. put in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. top with parm and bread crumbs. bake for 45 mins. then sprinkle mozz on top
