  • 5 yukon gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked, cubed ham
  • 1 quart heavy cream

Step 1

Preheat oven at 350

Place potatoes, onion, garlic, cheddar cheese, and ham in a 9X13 dish. Pour the cream over the potato mixture

Bake for 1 hour
