Ingredients
- 2 cans of garbanzo beans/chick peas, drained
- 1 can of red kidney beans, drained
- 6 cloves of garlic, smashed and minced
- 4 stalks of celery, diced
- 2 containers of grape or cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 C of chopped cilantro
- 1 C of chopped parsley
- juice of two or three lemons
- 2 T olive oil
- S and P to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all of these ingredients in a large bowl and put in fridge for two hours to let the flavor get through the salad.
