Ingredients
- 3 c. apple cider
- 2 gal. water
- 1/1 /2c. salt
- 2 c. brown sugar
- Bay leaves
- Rosemary
- Peppercorns
- Minced garlic
- Orange peel
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingerdients to a pot lg. enough to hold your turkey.
Bring to a boil
Let cool to room temperature
Submerge turkey into brine and place pot in fridge.
Keep turkey in brine for 24 hours.
Rinse bird after removing from brine and prior to cooking
