Spinach dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg frozed spinach
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 3 green onions finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw spinach (do not cook). Squeeze well. Get as much water out as possible. Place all ingredients in food processor and mix. Scoop out pumpernickle bread or sourdough loaf. Place dip in bread bowl. Add pieces of bread for dipping.
