Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
• 1/3 Cup Margarine, softened
• 3 Eggs
• 3/4 Cup Sugar
• 2 tsp. Vanilla
• 2 (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 Can Cherry Pie Filling, or your favorite

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cake mix, margarine and 1 egg until crumbly. Press into an ungreased 9" x 13" pan. Beat 2 eggs, sugar, vanilla and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until set. Cool. Spread pie filling on top and refrigerate.
