Broccoli Matzo Bake

Ingredients

• 1 large onion 1 tbs oil
• 2 eggs 1 tsp margarine
• 4 matzos boiling water
• Broccoli

Preparation

Step 1

Fry onion in oil
Pour boiling water over matzo
Mix eggs, 1 tsp margarine, onion and drained matzo.

Mix 1/3 of matzo mix and broccoli.

Pour into greased pan.

Put remaining mixture on top.
