Ingredients
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup red pepper
- 1/2 cup green peppers
- 2 tablespoons oil divided
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- 2 cups cold cooked rice
- 4-5 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 cup cooked pork
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet saute the veggies in 1 Tbls of oil untill crisp and tender. remove and keep warm.
Heat remaing oil over medium heat, add eggs cook and stir untill completely set. Add pork, rice, soy sauce, salt and pepper and veggies and stir untill heated.
