Ingredients
- 1 9" vanilla wafer or graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 can Eagle Brand
- 1/3 cup bottled lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large bananas
- 2 tablespoons bottled lemon juice
- Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese till fluffy. Blend in Eagle. Add 1/3 cup lemon juice and vanilla. Stir till thickened. Line crust with 1 sliced banana. Turn filling into crust. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or till firm. Cut remaining banana into slices; dip slices in remaining lemon juice. Top pie with slices. Garnish with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
